We've been wondering here in Spain if you get the Virus in the US do you need an insurance plan? Do you have to pay an incredible amount of money for treatment/time in bed etc when you recover?

Or is there some disaster recovery scheme in place that means those sick don't have to pay as they usually would. I would expect there is right?
